Patient 72
This is a patient in early 30’s. She wanted natural fuller “D” cup breasts. Periareolar incisions were used. 420 cc smooth silicone gel implants were placed in front of her muscles in subglandular location. Notice natural fall of breasts with great cleavage that can only be obtained with subglandular implants.

Patient is in mid 20’s. She is small build. She had “A” cup sized breasts. She wanted to be small “C” cup size after her augmentation. 350 cc saline implants were placed behind her muscles to achieve this result.

Patient is in her early 30’s. She is about 130 lbs and 5 ft 5” tall. She has very little breast tissue. She wanted to be large “C” to small “D’” cup after her augmentation. 390 cc saline implants were placed in submuscular location. Breast crease incisions were used in this case. Lack of tissue in front of muscle dictated choice of submuscular implants in this case.

Patient is in her mid 30s. She is 5’ ft 5” tall and is about 140 lbs. 400 cc silicone gel implants were used in subglandular location. Desired size increament with enhanced natural attributes of breasts was thus achieved. Notice a natural breast attributes and breast cleavage that can be obtained with silicone gel implants in subglandular location.
